تحكم هذه الشروط والأحكام ("الاتفاقية") استخدامك لتطبيق فيتي (Fity) المتاح على نظامي iOS (Apple App Store) و Android. بمجرد تحميل التطبيق أو تثبيته أو استخدامه، فإنك تقر وتوافق على الالتزام الكامل بهذه الشروط.

3. حسابات المستخدمين والمسؤولية

• أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية رقم هاتفك ورمز التحقق الخاص بحسابك.
• يجب تقديم بيانات بدنية صحيحة (الوزن، الطول، العمر) لضمان دقة معادلات الطاقة والسعرات المحسوبة.
• يُحظر استخدام التطبيق لأي أغراض غير قانونية أو انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية.

4. حدود تقنية الذكاء الاصطناعي لمسح الوجبات

تعتمد خاصية مسح الوجبات على نماذج رؤية حاسوبية وذكاء اصطناعي لتقدير المكونات والكميات. نظراً لاختلاف طرق الطهي والمكونات غير المرئية (كالزيوت والسكريات المضافة)، فإن القيم الناتجة هي قيم تقديرية تقريبية. يتيح التطبيق للمستخدم تعديل وتصحيح أي وجبة يدوياً في أي وقت لضمان أعلى دقة.

5. الملكية الفكرية والعلامة التجارية

جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية، بما في ذلك شعار "فيتي"، الكود المصدري، التصاميم، النصوص، والواجهات، هي ملكية حصرية لفريق تطوير التطبيق ومحمية بموجب قوانين حماية الملكية الفكرية الدولية.

6. إنهاء الحساب وحذف البيانات

يحق لك إنهاء حسابك في أي وقت عبر خيار "حذف الحساب نهائياً" المتوفر داخل التطبيق أو عبر صفحة الويب. فور طلب الحذف، يتم تطهير وإزالة كافة بياناتك وسجلاتك من السيرفر بشكل دائم.

7. حدود المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون المعمول به، لا يتحمل مطورو تطبيق فيتي أي مسؤولية عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق أو الاعتماد على التقديرات الغذائية دون استشارة طبية.

These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Fity mobile application available on iOS (Apple App Store) and Android. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

• You agree to provide accurate physical metrics (weight, height, age) to ensure appropriate physiological calculations.

4. AI Meal Scanner Accuracy & Limitations

The AI food scanner utilizes computer vision models to estimate ingredients and portions. Due to culinary variations and unobservable ingredients (e.g., cooking oils, hidden sugars, sauces), values are approximations. Users retain full capability to manually edit and adjust all meal values for pinpoint accuracy.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, trademarks, brand assets, source code, designs, and interfaces of "Fity" are the exclusive property of the development team and protected by international copyright and intellectual property treaties.

6. Account Termination & Data Deletion

You may terminate your account at any time through the in-app "Delete Account Permanently" feature or via our web portal. Upon deletion, all associated user data and records will be permanently purged from our servers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fity developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
