⚠️ تنبيه هام حول حذف الحساب

عند حذف حسابك، سيتم مسح كافة بياناتك نهائياً من خوادم التطبيق، بما في ذلك: رقم الهاتف، السجلات الغذائية والوجبات، سجلات استهلاك الماء، التقارير الأسبوعية، والمقاييس البدنية. هذا الإجراء نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.

1. كيفية حذف الحساب مباشرة من داخل التطبيق (فوري)

يمكنك حذف حسابك فورياً بنفسك وبأبسط الخطوات من خلال التطبيق:

  1. افتح تطبيق فيتي (Fity) على هاتفك.
  2. اضغط على تبويب القائمة من شريط التنقل السفلي.
  3. انزل إلى قسم الحساب واضغط على زر حذف الحساب نهائياً باللون الأحمر.
  4. أكّد رغبتك بالضغط على "نعم، احذف حسابي وبياناتي".
  5. سيتم فوراً مسح كافة بياناتك السحابية والمحلية وتسجيل خروجك وإعادتك لشاشة الدخول.

2. طلب حذف الحساب عبر البريد الإلكتروني (في حال فقدت الوصول للتطبيق)

إذا قمت بحذف التطبيق من جهازك أو فقدت الوصول لهاتفك، يمكنك إرسال طلب حذف مباشر وسنقوم بمعالجة طلبك خلال 24 ساعة كحد أقصى:

المحتوى المطلوب: رقم الهاتف المسجل به في التطبيق (مع رمز الدولة).

⚠️ Important Account Deletion Notice

Deleting your account permanently removes all your personal data from our cloud servers, including your registered phone number, meal logs, calorie history, water tracking, weekly AI reports, and physical metrics. This action is permanent and irreversible.

1. Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion

You can permanently delete your account directly within the app in a few simple steps:

  1. Open the Fity app on your device.
  2. Tap on the Menu tab in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Scroll down to the Account section and tap Delete Account Permanently in red.
  4. Confirm your choice by tapping "Yes, Delete My Account & Data".
  5. All your cloud and local data will be instantly purged, returning you to the login screen.

2. Method 2: Manual Web & Email Request

If you uninstalled the application or lost access to your device, you can submit a manual deletion request and our support team will process it within 24 hours:
